Shipping policy

Shipping

AUSTRALIA WIDE - 

FREE shipping with tracking on all purchases over $100* Excludes express post shipping, which incurs an extra charge.

All other orders incur a flat rate of $7 with tracking.

Orders are despatched from our warehouse located in Clyde, Sydney.

We ship on normal business days (excluding public holidays).

In general, if orders are placed before 8am and the items are in stock, they will be despatched on the same day or on the following business day. However, in peak times, orders may be despatched on the following business day.

We use Australia Post and our parcels are tracked, unless an 'Authority To Leave' shipping option is selected. If you select an 'Authority To Leave' shipping option (ie "Safe Drop" or "Have my delivery left in a safe place" or "Leave my parcel on the doorstep if not at home") or elect to have the parcel left on your doorstep via the Australia Post tracking system, we will not responsible for lost, stolen, missing or undelivered parcels. Please track the movement of your parcel and inform us immediately if you notice anything unusual.

Undelivered items returned to our warehouse will incur a $20 handling / restocking fee. Redelivery of returned items will incur shipping fees.

Shipping Times

Shipping during COVID-19 or peak online shopping periods: Whilst we endeavour to process and ship your order as soon as possible, due to the surge in demand in online shopping, delivery times can vary.

Standard Shipping: Delivery times can range between 5 - 12 business days depending on the destination. (During COVID-19 / peak periods - between 7-21 business days)

Express Shipping: Delivery times can range between 2 - 7 business days depending on the destination. (During COVID-19 / peak periods - between 5-18 business days)

Please note, in peak seasons, delivery times inevitably be affected and so delivery times will increase.

When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary order confirmation. Once your package has been shipped we will send you an email with the tracking number (where applicable). Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
